Ally Sheedy

Alexandra Elizabeth Sheedy, born June 13, 1962 in the United States is an actor. Following her film debut with the 1983 film Bad Boys she became known as one of the Brat Pack actors and starred on the screen in WarGames (1983) The Breakfast Club (1985) and Short Circuit (1986). Sheedy received the Independent Spirit Award Best Female Actress for her part in Lisa Cholodenko's High Art (1998). Ally Sheedy has been an American actor and author for more than 20 years. She began her career in film early in the 1980s with the film based on a crime drama Bad Boys, for which she was rewarded with a great deal of applause. The film was written and directed by Rick Rosenthal also starred other famous actors, including Sean Penn Esai Morales Clancy Brown and Alan Ruck. Following her first film She was in 1985's comedy drama film The Breakfast Club. John Hughes directed one of greatest films for high schools. While the budget for the film was just $1 million, it made more than $50 million in profits. Meanwhile she had also started being featured in various shows on TV including CBS Schoolbreak which was her television debut. In April of 1980, it became an adolescent program. Chicago Story Big City Samuels and the Kid as well as Hill Street Blues were some other shows on television that the actress appeared on. in Little Sister she makes a guest appearance. She also appears in X-Men Apocalypse a superhero film in which her role is only a short cameo. Sheedy has been recognized for her extraordinary performance, has won numerous awards. Sheedy was awarded the MTV Movie Award's silver Bucket of Excellence Award 2005.
