Ina-Garten
Ina Garten is a well-known American cookery book author and Emmy Award-winning host on Food Networks current oldest show Barefoot Contessa that began in 2002, and has been aired for 27 seasons until 2020. Ina began her writing career by writing nuclear energy policies and budgets for the White House. Ina initially enjoyed the intellectual rigors that came with her work, but she eventually, she stopped her enthusiasm. Instead she bought Barefoot Contessa, a specialty food shop. It took her 18 years to make the shop hugely successful, and then sold the store. Then she began writing the first of many cookbooks. Others followed, and so magazines too. The Food Network TV show also made its debut with great success. The company sells numerous products, from ingredients for cooking to kitchenware and storage. Ina herself, a self-taught chef, has never studied at an institution for cooking or an establishment. Her easy-going approach to entertaining as well as her simple culinary style is widely known. She is known for her quick and easy recipes, such as Skillet Baked Lemon Chicken, Macaroni and Cheese with Beef Bourguignon and the Balsamic-Roasted Brussels Sprouts.
