Angela Sarfyan

Angela Sarafyan sometimes credited as Angela Sarafian is an Armenian-American actor. She has been a featured actress in several television programs and appeared in films including Kabluey: The Doll Beautiful Life (The Informers) and A Good Old Fashioned Orgy (Lost and Found) within Armenia as well as Reminiscence. Sarafyan's birth occurred within the Yerevan Armenian SSR (Soviet Union) 8 years prior to the time that Armenia achieved its independence. At the age of four, she emigrated along with her parents, actor Grigor Sarafyan, and her artist mother to the United States settling in Los Angeles. She was a ballet dancer and also performed piano in her early years. Angela Sarafyan has been an Armenian American for over 20 years. She has appeared as an actress in a variety of television shows, including Judging Amy (1999) and Buffy the Vampire Slayer (1997). Angela has Greek and Italian origins, which translate to "heavenly messenger". Angela is named in honor of the Greek angelos (messenger) as well as is used for God's Messenger. Angela Okorie hails from Ebonyi State. Her birthplace is in the same place as Empress Njamah. It is revealed in a later episode that she is pregnant.
